Visited this clinic for the first time today. I had a consultation with Dr Tasnoova Ali. She was very kind, professional and has a lot of expertise. I had to do a blood test, which is my biggest (and very unnecessary) phobia. The nurse who took my blood was amazing, very quick and efficient! All went very smooth, and pleasant. I’ll definitely recommend this clinic to others!

I have been attending this practice for 8 years now. Staff are always so pleasant and helpful, great at problem solving regarding appointment times. Always greeted with a smile , they obviously love their jobs. The doctors are to be highly recommended. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been coming to see the doctor here for the past 7 years. The doctors and nurses are very helpful. They always speak and explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I’ve received treatment for everything from minor illnesses to internal check-ups in preparation for having a baby, all the way through pregnancy and after. I now bring my child here for health check-ups and vaccinations according to the blue book. The nurses here are very skilled at drawing blood—quick and efficient—so even someone like me who’s afraid of needles feels safe. The reception service is also great—always friendly and welcoming with a smile.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr Katherine at My Health Sydney CBD. She is professional, approachable, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen and explain things clearly, which makes me feel supported and confident in my care. The clinic is well-run and welcoming, and I always feel looked after from the moment I arrive. I have been attending this medical practice for several years. Since my first appointment with Dr Steven Vo, he has made sure to listen to and address my concerns. My health has improved significantly in no small part due to his attentive and thorough medical care. The medical reception staff are also extremely helpful and courteous. I have been going to Doctor Steven for almost 2 years now and it has always been a very pleasant experience. The staff at the front desk are lovely and so welcoming. My treatment was always taken care by Dr. Steven and I feel very comfortable with the way i have been looked after in this clinic. Very easy to book an appointment via meeting in person or tele health.
